Assalamualaikum
and good day,
I
know; it's Monday and tomorrow is Selangor's public holiday (yeaaaa) so to keep
the mind going and the working mood progressing, I (as usual) read through one
of my favorite healthy lifestyle blogs none other than "The Nutrition
Twins".
They are just simply another nutritionist that give great advices on healthy
lifestyle and healthy diet too. I on the other hand am more interested to share
their sweet yet healthy desserts.
Having said that, desserts have always been misconstrued as
the bad guy for gaining weight. But, not all. That is why I simply love the
Nutrition Twins. Check some of their recommended desserts for energy boosting
and low fat calorie. And of course I would select the hassle free recipes.
Yeaaa yeaaaa I'm lazy...

So
there you go, I'm only interested with these as the others are not desserts and
require grilling (Lazy mode; remember?). Please don't regard Premium Beautiful
as your escapetism to eat everything you want w/o a healthy lifestyle. You are
what you eat. If you eat oily greasy food, then that is how your muscles and
mass consist of; oily greasy fat. Don Premium Beautiful and watch your food
consumption then you are definitely on top of the world peeps.
Until next time, yours truly..
