Postpartum - great abs!

my postpartum weight is an excess of 10 kilos. that is really a lot! it is really beyond my expectation that i would put on so much weight after giving birth to Piya. for those who knows me, i am known for being very body cautious.

 So, here are a few exercises that i have found on the net to curb those buncit kinky:-

baby reverse curl
power walk
bicycle crunches
boat pose
breathing exercise

butterfly abs
downward facing dog
hula hoop
love handle minimizer
plank pose with moving arms
scissor lift

swing crunches
warrior bow
